Body Detox Recipe: A Mouth-Watering And Healthy Dish

Another detox recipe is Vegetable Super Juice.  This recipe is famous on the breakfast table.  It boosts energy levels and awaken the digestive system, providing enough nutrition your body needs for the day.  Like the Raw Soup, this one is easier.  You need 1 piece of whole cucumber, four celery sticks, two to four clamps of spinach, eight lettuce leaves or any other green leafy vegetables, and then just mix all of these with 50/50 distilled water.  Optional boosters are alfafa sprouts and parsley.  Or you may add lemon juice or Prime pH to increase the juice’s alkalinity.

Sweeter and subtle yet, very nutritious is what the Healing Detox Juice is all about.  A combination of spinach, parsley, and carrots supply an exceptional flow of antioxidants, with the cleansing properties of the celery.  Healing Detox Juice is made up of three to four pieces of carrots, 125 grams of freshly cut spinach, a handful of parsleys, and two to three celery sticks.  Juice all these ingredients, putting on the celery as last.  You may add some water for better tasting or drink it the way it is.

Another winter favorite is the Warm Broccoli Soup.  A broccoli steamed for five to six minutes evoke a raw effect to the meal, but provides enough warmth and the comforting feeling that soups offer.  Broccoli’s fine texture and ginger’s competence make this soup an exceptional choice especially to whoever is new to alkalizing.  Ingredients to this winter dish are one-half slice of avocado, six to eight broccoli heads, one-third red onion, one celery stick, spinach, Bragg amino though optional, and cumin.  As mentioned earlier, the broccoli is lightly steamed for a maximum of six minutes while all the other ingredients are blended.  Pepper, garlic or salt may added to taste the dish.  The warmth of the broccoli will provide a lovely and warmed soup for winter.
